Allen Americans Hockey Game & Pre-Game Party

Join us for a fun evening of a Pre- Game Party and Ice Hockey Game. If you haven't yet been to an Allen Americans Hockey Game, this is your golden opportunity. The Allen American people work hard to make it a fun experience. There's a lot that goes on in the arena besides the hockey game itself. Trust us, you'll have a great time even if you don't know much about ice hockey.
It all begins at 5:00PM at 429 Black Diamond in Heritage Ranch. Enjoy a heavy appetizer and dessert buffet. This is a great opportunity to socialize and meet new friends. The team has donated some door prize items. And, hopefully, we'll have a few other surprises for you.
Then, at 6:30PM, we caravan in our private vehicles over to the Allen Event Center for the game. Tonight, it's the Allen Americans vs. Tulsa Oilers. We have our own section of good seats and will all sit together. Game tickets will be distributed at the party.
Price includes game ticket and Pre-Game Party. Transportation is on your own, and parking is free at the Allen Event Center.
This event is limited to the first 45 to sign up.
How to Sign Up for Allen American Hockey Game & Party: Your payment is your sign-up! Deliver your check (for $22.00 per person payable to "HR Day-Trippers Club"), along with your signed Release Forms, to Carolyn Hollingsworth, Club Treasurer, at 1356 Ranch House. A collection box is on her porch. Be sure to include your phone number, address, and e-mail address. Upon receipt of your check, Carolyn will contact you to confirm that she had received your check and that you're on the list.
A Release Form is required of each person attending a Day-Trippers event. You can find the form at www.hrdaytrippers.com. Click on "Release Form" at the top of the page and print it out.
Also, be sure to include an additional $5.00 per person Membership Dues if you have not yet joined the Day-Trippers Club. If you've been on a previous Day-Trippers trip, then you're a member for this year and do not have to pay dues.

First Monday at Canton

Mark your calendars! You won't want to miss our annual trip to First Monday Trade Days at Canton. This is the famous weekend for Christmas shopping in Canton.
We will depart the Ranch at 8:30AM and will return around 4:30. There's no admission charged to enter First Monday, and lunch will be on your own.

Come and meet your fellow Passengers!
We'll provide a festive atmosphere and beverages including Barcelona Spanish Sangria and Cruise Ship Rum Punch! You bring a favorite appetizer for all to share. We'll call it the M/V Heritage Ranch Grand Buffet! Dress is ship casual (no formal night here!)
Please RSVP to zuggie @grandecom.net. And when you do, please include your ship cabin number. We'll make up a Heritage Ranch Passenger directory with a copy for everyone. That way, we can all easily keep in touch on the ship.
Currently, it appears that there's 46 happy cruisers headed for Barcelona. Attached is a Passenger List which Dan and I have complied, and believe it to be accurate at this time. If you know of anyone going that is not on the list, please let us know so we can extend this invitation to them.
