Join the Day-Trippers Club! You must be a member to participate in any of the fun trips being planned for this year. Mail your check out to HR Day-Trippers Club, and mail to Carolyn Hollingsworth, Treasurer, at 1356 Ranch House. Or, just drop it off to the collection box on her porch. Please be sure to include your phone number, address, and e-mail address.
Good news! If you were a member in 2010 and paid your $5.00, there will be no dues for 2011. You will automatically be included as a 2011 member.

Allen Americans Hockey Game & Pre-Game Party

Join us for a fun evening of a Pre- Game Party and Ice Hockey Game. If you haven't yet been to an Allen Americans Hockey Game, this is your golden opportunity. The Allen American people work hard to make it a fun experience. There's a lot that goes on in the arena besides the hockey game itself. Trust us, you'll have a great time even if you don't know much about ice hockey.
It all begins at 5:00PM at 429 Black Diamond in Heritage Ranch. Enjoy a heavy appetizer and dessert buffet. This is a great opportunity to socialize and meet new friends. The team has donated some door prize items. And, hopefully, we'll have a few other surprises for you.
Then, at 6:30PM, we caravan in our private vehicles over to the Allen Event Center for the game. Tonight, it's the Allen Americans vs. Tulsa Oilers. We have our own section of good seats and will all sit together. Game tickets will be distributed at the party.
Price includes game ticket and Pre-Game Party. Transportation is on your own, and parking is free at the Allen Event Center.
This event is limited to the first 40 to sign up.
How to Sign Up for Allen American Hockey Game & Party: Your payment is your sign-up! Deliver your check (for $22.00 per person payable to "HR Day-Trippers Club"), along with your signed Release Forms, to Carolyn Hollingsworth, Club Treasurer, at 1356 Ranch House. A collection box is on her porch. Be sure to include your phone number, address, and e-mail address. Upon receipt of your check, Carolyn will contact you to confirm that she had received your check and that you're on the list.
A Release Form is required of each person attending a Day-Trippers event. You can find the form at www.hrdaytrippers.com. Click on "Release Form" at the top of the page and print it out.
Also, be sure to include an additional $5.00 per person Membership Dues if you have not yet joined the Day-Trippers Club. If you've been on a previous Day-Trippers trip, then you're a member for this year and do not have to pay dues.

Allen Wranglers Professional Indoor Football Game

Come Join the Daytrippers for the Wranglers vs. the Wichita Wild.
It's in the Allen Event Center and the game starts at 7:05.
Terrell Owens will be playing for the Wranglers.
Please sign up by Wednesday, February 8th.
A buffet dinner will be available between 5-6:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse. The cost is $16 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Dinner will be charged to you the night of the event. Event Center, Village of Allen. Game starts at 7:05 p.m. We have
excellent seats reserved for the lower sideline behind the VIP area (mid
field). These tickets usually sell for $25, but our price will be $19
per person. We are not offering transportation for this event.

Dallas Bus Tour with Rosemary Rumbley

Back by popular demand! Again this year, Rosemary Rumbley will take residents of Heritage Ranch on a scenic tour of Dallas sites. we will return to a few of the locations of last year's tour, but several new sites have been added, such as White Rock Lake, the new convention hotel, the Trinity Audobon, and the Turtle Creek area.
Rosemary is a public speaker giving over 600 presentations a year. She is a life long resident of Dallas and has written several books on Dallas. She has appeared in several movies, such as Paper Moon, and has appeared on stage in Dallas and Fort Worth. She always has entertaining stories and has a knowledge of Dallas history unlike anyone in the area.

Texas Ranger Baseball Game

Plan a great night out with other residents from Heritage Ranch... we will see the Ranger team that has competed for the World Series with returning players like Josh Hamilton, Michael Young, Alex Ogando, Mike Napoli, Nelson Cruz, Elvis, Ian and all the other great Ranger players.... also from the Yankees former Rangers Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) and Mark Teixeira as well as other great Yankee players.
this is a night game, starting at 7:05PM. Our bus will depart the Ranch around 4:45 to 5:00PM, and will return after the game estimated to be around 11:00 or 11:30PM
